GuestHelpAI was born out of a real problem: vacation rental hosts spending hours every week answering the same guest questions. We built the tool we wished existed — a digital guest guide powered by AI that actually understands context, works in multiple languages, and lets hosts reclaim their time.

Our mission

To make every short-term rental and boutique hotel feel like a five-star stay — without adding work to the host’s plate. We believe the gap between a 4-star and 5-star guest review is almost always about communication: guests who feel informed, supported, and welcomed give higher ratings and come back.

Property knowledge base

When a host creates a guide, we build a structured knowledge base from their listing content, custom additions, photos, and WiFi/check-in details.

Context-aware AI

The knowledge base is embedded as retrieval context for GPT-4o. When a guest asks a question, the AI answers strictly from the host's own content — it doesn't invent information.

Multilingual delivery

The guest's browser language is detected automatically. Responses are generated in Turkish, English, German, Greek, or Arabic without any manual translation by the host.

Host notifications

Critical requests (maintenance, complaints, urgent questions) are flagged and forwarded to the host via push notification, WhatsApp, or Telegram in real time.
