GuestHelpAI builds a property-specific knowledge base. This is layered on top of OpenAI's GPT-4o model to provide accurate, contextual answers to guest questions.
WhatsApp integration runs via the Meta Business API. The Telegram bot uses the same infrastructure. All conversations are stored encrypted and accessible only to the property owner.
