We want you to be happy with GuestHelpAI. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
All new accounts receive a 3-day free trial of the Pro plan — no credit card required. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your account reverts to the free tier automatically.
If you are not satisfied with GuestHelpAI for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
To request a refund under this policy, email us at hello@guesthelpai.com with your account email and “Refund Request” in the subject line. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to all Pro features until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month. If you wish to cancel, please do so before the renewal date. We do not refund charges for renewal periods that have already started.
We handle all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside the above terms (for example, due to a billing error or a prolonged service outage), please contact us. We will do our best to resolve the situation fairly.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor). Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
