Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GuestHelpAI (“Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

GuestHelpAI is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered digital guest guides for short-term rental hosts, boutique hotels, and similar accommodation businesses. Features include QR-code guest guides, service request management, reservation tracking, WhatsApp/Telegram integration, and analytics.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at ₺399/month (Pro plan).
• A free 3-day trial is available for new accounts.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at hello@guesthelpai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time, except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or abusive content.
• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the platform.

7. Content & Data

You retain ownership of the content you upload (property descriptions, images, etc.). By uploading, you grant us a limited license to display and process it solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, trademarks, and content created by GuestHelpAI remain our exclusive property. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, modify, or discontinue features with notice when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuestHelpAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may delete your data after 30 days following termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İzmir, Turkey.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
